Beverly Hills Document Controller Job Description:

Registering of internal and external documents.

· Maintains and manages all important documents either for a particular project or whole organization and assures accessibility and stored properly

· Coordinate all activities related to document control procedure, including technical documents, drawings, and commercial correspondence

· Input document data into the standard registers ensuring all the information is accurate and up to date

· Prepare and generate the various document control reports as required.

· Ensure that controlled copies of latest approved documents are given to the appropriate staff, suppliers as applicable

· Makes sure that the documents are under safe custody without any damage or deterioration with easy traceability.

Maintain the files and control logs as required by the project

· Handling the distribution of those documents and also scan proofreads the papers before distributing it.

· Handling and coordinating daily secretarial activities and archiving documents.

· Communicate verbally and in writing to answer inquiries and provide information. Performs various administrative tasks related to an assigned department;

· organizes, prioritizes, and completes tasks in a timely manner.

· Maintain appropriate supplies for office. · Ensuring safety standards and quality of workmanship.

· Develop and maintain effective working relationships with all the staffs. Perform other duties, functions and responsibilities as assigned.

Any Degree related to Administration & Office Management

· At least 5 years’ experience of working as document controller and should be able to handle all the documentations, including daily correspondence and project specifications.

· Knowledgeable in use of spreadsheets, database, word processing and selected job specific software Strong ability to organize work load and to manage a filing methods and techniques.

· Must have the full capability to read, analyze, and interpret reports, together with technical documents

· Have an ability to demonstrate good Time Management & Work Independently · Accuracy & attention to detail. Computer Skills- Proficient in MS Office & Excel

Salary: Up to QAR3,500.00 per month
