Job Title: Call Center Agent (DSA)
Function: Customer Service / Sales/ Marketing
Duration: Rolling Contract
Location: Doha, Qatar
ROLE OBJECTIVE Acts as the point of sale and service for the telephone delivery of the bank products and services to existing and prospective customers.
Carries out customer service activities in accordance with quality and customer service standards ensuring customer satisfaction at all times and resolution of customer complaints timely and effectively.
- Promote and sell, as directed, bank’s products and services to maximize sales and profit
- Answer inbound telephone calls from current and potential bank customers, and assist those with specific enquiries
- Build customers’ interest in how to fully benefit from the different products and services offered by the bank
- Develop, expand, and manage new and existing client relationships
- Performs outbound or follow-up calls to existing and prospective customers as and when required on a timely basis
- Ensure that all business transactions are in compliance with operational, technical, regulatory requirements
- Keep the Call Center Manager informed of significant issues including but not limited to customer complaints
- Process all relevant documentation on a timely basis and keep records of customer interactions and transactions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with other departments in order to solve customer’s requests, concerns and complaints
- Ensure high standards of confidentiality to safeguard individual and commercially sensitive information
- High school diploma or equivalent, Bachelor degree is preferred
- 1 – 2 years of experience working in a related role in a financial services institution
- Strong English and Arabic language skills
SALARY OFFER: Starts from QAR 4,500 – 7,000 (depends on experience and project)
