Your day to dayWe are looking for a passionate Commis II – staff cafeteria, your responsibilities are as follows;

• Prepare fresh ingredients for cooking according to recipes/menu

• Cook food and prepare top-quality menu items in a timely manner

• Test foods to ensure proper preparation and temperature

• Operate kitchen equipment safely and responsibly

• Ensure the proper sanitation and cleanliness of surfaces and storage containers Preferred Qualifications and Skills
What we need from you• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in the same/similar position in a 5-star hotel.

• Good knowledge of pastry products.

• The ability to communicate in English.

• Great teamwork skills and attention to detail.

• Flexibility to work in rotating shifts.
