Job Summary

We require a dynamic and driven individual for a Real Estate & Online Retail business. Must have people skills, Online & Social Media marketing skills and preferably Real Estate experience.

Job Description/Requirements

- - Attend property take on appointments when required,
- - Listing & Maintaining Properties on Portals
- - Social Media Management,
- - Register applicants & search for requirement matches,
- - Answer calls & action enquiries as required,
- - Build and Maintain Contacts Database,
- - Customer Care,
- - Conduct and attend appointments viewings and valuations,
- - Regularly review Nairobi/Kenya market,
- - Create and drive awareness for the Business,
- - Actively build contact database.

Requirements:

• Excellent command of spoken & written English • Proficient in all Microsoft Office Software • Excellent Phone Manner
