How do we do so?

By organizing trials with our network of professional clubs partners. Well-edited and highlighted videos will serve our platform purpose : broadcasting the best performance of players !

Thanks to our initiative, several student-athletes have been enrolled in US colleges or European pro and semi-pro clubs.

The core of our business is based around our team of sales rock stars that work hard and have fun. As we continue to expand our customer base, we are constantly looking for smart, sales-oriented people to join us and help us expanding to the next level.

As a sales representative, you will be working directly with your football network (you must have one):

-Soccer agencies owners

-Soccer academies directors

-Soccer Clubs owners

-High School athletic director

Your mission is set to be convincing institutions, agencies or club owners to join us by first signing a contract for each willing-full players (men and women). This commitment in participating to our trials will lead to the opportunity of getting a scholarship in the U.S. or a professional career in Europe with a working visa.

Skills:

· You have a competitive and passionate spirit (athletic background is a plus).

· You understand the landscape and have an already set network within sports: soccer agencies owners, soccer academies directors, soccer clubs owners, high school athletic directors.

· You have no problem being self-directed and working towards a personal, team, and company goals.

· You are extremely comfortable carrying out multiple conversations at once via computer chat.

· You have no problem texting via software and/or picking up the phone (smile and dial) to call a prospect athlete/parent/coach/agent to close the deal and register the player.

· You are good at getting information out of people, without being pushy. We are assertive, not aggressive.

· You can remain patient, polite, and professional when explaining a complex process to someone.

· You have the ability to participate in multiple transactions per day, and create seller accounts online.

· You appreciate feedback on how to improve and are very coachable.

· You are always reliable and punctual – attendance is critical to success.

· You are very tenacious and have the ability to overcome objections.

· You have demonstrated sales aptitude, with relentlessly high standards so you’re never satisfied with mediocrity.

Duties:

· Bring enough directors who sign our contracts for at least 4 groups trial per year.

· Strategize with CEO regarding new directors registrations sales strategies

· Generation of new business/sales leadership/sales development

Salary: R1,000.00 – R9,000.00 per month
