Your day to day
As a Lifeguard Supervisor, you will be responsible for the supervision of lifeguards and the safety of guests in the hotel’s pool and beach facilities. You will be supervising and monitoring the pool and beach use to ensure that the daily operation is in accordance to the hotel and departmental policies and safety standards.
What we need from you
Ideally, you’ll have some or all of the following competencies and experience we’re looking for:
- Minimum two years of experience as a Lifeguard or similar in a luxury hotel/resort
- Very good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work well with a diverse team
- Flexibility in shifts
