SAP Basis Engineer
Must be Degree from a reputable University or related courses with minimum 5 years’ experience in similar position with reputable companies, preferably construction / contracting. Having excellent English language & communication skills. Candidates with NOC / transferable visas may please apply.
Profile:
– 5+ years SAP Basis working experience.
– ECC, SolMan, HANA, FICO, HCM, PS, MM.
– Creating and managing users and licenses.
– Manage SAP Landscape.
– Managing and controlling SAP security.
– Must have a good understanding of network concepts.
– Working experience on SAP HANA.
– Able to understand and operate within complex technical environments.
– Fluent in English.
– Solid troubleshooting and problem solving skills.
Required Technical Skills:
– Perform SAP application installations, application of patches, upgrades and production support for multiple SAP products (ECC, Solution Manager, & SAP Analytics).
– Perform regular day-to-day administration and support tasks.
– 5+ years of experience with Linux & Windows Server operating systems.
– Work together with the OS and infrastructure administrators to ensure that the environment is adequately tuned for each SAP system and client.
– Create and manage roles & authorization objects.
– Assist in the sizing of SAP applications and application components.
– Perform client and system copies, new SAP instance installation support, table reorganizations, connectivity and general maintenance.
– Troubleshoot startup issues, finetune performance, and check logs.
– Performs all tasks associated with transport management.
– Manage background jobs.
– 3+ working experience in Hyper-v and ESXi virutlization.
– Comply with and enforce change management/transport procedures.
Required Soft Skills:
– Customer facing experience and oral communication skills.
– Ability to write documentation & reports.

– Willingness to learn on the job.

Additional knowledge is a plus:
– ABAP.
– Functional modules including MM, PS, HCM, & FICO.
– SAP certifications on administration of components like ECC, Netweaver, Solution Manager, Portal, HANA.
