• Manages all activities of all factory Departments, to develop and implement goals and objectives.
• Review analyses of activities, cost, operations and forecast data to direct the department toward the goals.
• Develop and update business strategic planning including sales performance and new product performance.
• Review production report and operating report to resolve operational and manufacturing and facility problems to ensure minimum cost and prevent operational delay and meet future growth.
• Oversees key projects, processes and performance reports, data and analysis.
• Review and oversee design concept with fundamentally new technology used for the product range to improve the cost reduction and safety and market growth.
• Determine staffing requirements and interview, hire and train new employees.
• Reviews and approves preparation of accounting analysis for budgetary planning and implementation production efficiency, financial reporting, budgetary planning and submittal for capital expenditures.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: QAR12,000.00 – QAR16,000.00 per month
