Duties and Responsibilities:

• Ensure full implementation, monitoring, and checking of the approved Method Statement, Inspection and Test Plan as interfaced to the Clients/Consultants requirements
• Report Non-Conformance and follow up correction & corrective actions from the project personnel for the closure of Non-Conformity
• Prepare inspection requests to Engineer approval as per the ITP as required
• Coordinates with the independent testing laboratory and ensure all required test are carried out as per client’s requirements and in line with contract specifications
• Conduct quality awareness training to personnel directly involves to an activity or activities to impart a proper understanding of its requirements
• Coordinate inspection activities with Field Construction Personnel and Client Representatives, ensure that contractually specified quality and regulatory /certification requirements are achieved
• Conduct internal & 2nd party audits to ensure the quality management system is being followed

Mandatory Requirements:

• 10+ years of QA/QC Experience
• Experience in Road & Infrastructure projects
• QMS Lead auditor (ISO 9001:2015) certified
• With valid Qatar Driving License

Education Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
